We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcements.
Pursuant to Paragraph 19.04 of the Rules, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and Astramina Advisory wish to announce that Ekovest, being the Offeror, had dealt in PLS Shares on 1 December 2020. The details of the dealings are as follows:
