We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 29 September 2020 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcement.
Pursuant to Paragraph 19.04 of the Rules, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and Astramina wish to announce that Ekovest, being the offeror, has been notified by the following persons who are deemed to be persons acting in concert with Ekovest pursuant to Sections 216(2) and 216(3) of the CMSA (“PACs”) that they have dealt in PLS Warrants as follows:
