We refer to the announcement dated 12 March 2019 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and Astramina wish to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 18 March 2019 following the payment of the Purchase Consideration and the crediting of the Acquisition Shares into Ekovest’s central depository system account on even date.
