Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Ekovest Berhad wishes to announce that it has offered 120,330,000 options over new shares (“Options”) to Directors, senior management and employees of the Ekovest group of companies under its Employees’ Share Option Scheme (“ESOS”).
