Pursuant to section 74 of the Companies Act 2016, all shares issued before or upon commencement of the Companies Act 2016 shall have no par or nominal value. Pursuant to the Special Dividend, the existing exercise price of the Warrants 2014/2019 of RM1.35 each will be revised to RM1.20 each ("Adjustment").
