We refer to the announcement dated 8 November 2016 in relation to the Proposed Subdivision (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. On behalf of the Board, CIMB, Astramina and AmInvestment wishes to announce that the following applications have been submitted to Bursa Securities today: (i) the application for the Proposed Share Split and the listing of the Subdivided Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Share Split; and (ii) the additional listing application for the listing and quotation for the Additional Warrants to be issued arising from the adjustments to be made pursuant to the Proposed Share Split and new ordinary shares of the Company to be issued arising from the exercise of the Additional Warrants.
