We refer to the announcements dated 19 August 2016 and 21 September 2016 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ekovest, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd and AmInvestment Bank Berhad wish to announce that EPF has embarked on and completed a process of due diligence on the business and affairs of Kesturi. Pursuant thereto, the parties have mutually agreed to extend the cut-off date (i.e. on 3 November 2016) to 8 November 2016 to enable the parties to finalise the terms of the definitive agreements. This announcement is dated 2 November 2016. |
