We make reference to the announcement dated 5 February 2016 in relation to the above matter. The Board of Directors of Ekovest Berhad is pleased to announce that the Balance Purchase Price has been paid and that the Acquisition is deemed completed today. Following the completion of the Acquisition, Ekovest KL Bund Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Ekovest-MRCB JV Sdn Bhd) and EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Ekovest-MRCB Construction Sdn Bhd) are now wholly-owned subsidiaries of Ekovest Berhad.
