We refer to the announcements dated 30 January 2012, 18 July 2012, 6 November 2012, 7 December 2012 and 4 January 2013. On behalf of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 January 2013, approved an extension of time of two (2) months from 5 January 2013 up to 5 March 2013 to submit the draft circular for the Proposed Share Exchange to Bursa Securities in accordance with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 10 January 2013.
