On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that CIMB had on even date, submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek a further extension of time of up to 29 January 2013 to comply with Section 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the submission of the draft circular to the shareholders of Ekovest for the Proposed ESOS.
