We refer to the announcements dated 30 August 2023 and 5 September 2023 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank and Astramina Advisory wish to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 7 September 2023 approved the listing and quotation of up to 269,582,800 new Ekovest Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:

1. AmInvestment Bank and Ekovest must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;
2. AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;
3. AmInvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and
4. Payment of additional listing fee, if any, based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of the listing fees payable.
