We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and Astramina wish to announce that the issue price for the second and final tranche of the Private Placement comprising up to 41,646,959 Placement Shares has been fixed on 17 September 2020 (“Price-Fixing Date”) at RM0.51 per Placement Share (“Second Tranche”).
The issue price of RM0.51 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately 9.41% to the five (5)-day VWAMP of Ekovest Shares up to and including 15 September 2020 (being the last market day prior to the Price-Fixing Date) of RM0.5630 per Ekovest Share.
For information purposes, the actual number of Placement Shares to be placed out under the Second Tranche will depend on the final acceptance by the identified placee(s).
