(For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement dated 18 December 2017 in relation to the Proposed Offer unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

We refer to the announcements dated 18 December 2017, 22 December 2017 and 8 January 2018 in relation to the Proposed Offer.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities and Astramina wish to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 8 March 2018 approved the listing and quotation of the Consideration Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The said approval granted by Bursa Securities for the listing and quotation of such number of Shares is subject to the following conditions:-

(i)         Ekovest and Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Offer;

(ii)         Ekovest and Mercury Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Offer;

(iii)        Ekovest to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Offer is completed; and

(iv)        To incorporate Bursa Securities’ comments in respect of the circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Proposed Offer.
