Following from the announcement made on 28 November 2017, Mercury Securities (being the Principal Adviser) and Astramina (being the Financial Adviser) on behalf of the Board wish to clarify that upon finalisation and deliberation of the relevant information and documentation pertaining to the Proposed Acquisition, including the valuation reports by the independent property valuers, the non-interested directors shall then further deliberate on the Proposed Acquisition and whether to put forth the proposal for consideration of Ekovest’s non-interested shareholders.
