The Board of Directors of Ekovest Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 October 2017 acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Tanahmas Kapital Sdn Bhd at a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia: Two only (RM2.00). Tanahmas Kapital Sdn Bhd ("TKSB") was incorporated on 12 July 2016 with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM2.00. TKSB is currently dormant.
