The Board of Directors of Ekovest (Board), wishes to announce that our wholly-owned subsidiary, Ekovest Properties Sdn Bhd (EPSB or Purchaser), had on 7 April 2017 entered into sale & purchase agreement (SPA) with Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn Bhd (LSHHSB or Vendor) for the acquisition of two (2) parcels of land.
