We refer to the announcements dated 8 November 2016, 18 November 2016, 22 December 2016, 19 January 2017 and 13 February 2017 in relation to the Proposed Subdivision (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, CIMB, Astramina and AmInvestment wishes to announce that 2,139,202,893 Subdivided Shares and 182,962,017 Additional Warrants arising from the Adjustments made in accordance with the provisions under the deed poll constituting the Warrants 2014/2019 dated 16 May 2014 consequential to the Proposed Share Split will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities at 9.00 a.m. on 28 February 2017.
