We refer to the article headlined “Ekovest Targets Listing of 2 More Divisions on Bursa” appearing in the Business section of News Straits Times on 2 February 2017. As highlighted in the article, it is our internal long-term plan to list our infrastructure concession assets and our property division. However, we wish to clarify that the plans are still in preliminary stages and is currently exploring various proposals which we have received from external advisers. None of the details of the proposals has been finalised and we will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) in accordance with Bursa Securities’ Main Market Listing Requirements.
