On behalf of Ekovest, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd and AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for a suspension in the trading of the securities of the Company on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 7 November 2016 to 5.00 p.m., Tuesday, 8 November 2016 pending the release of a material announcement. The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(a)(iii) of Practice Note No.2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
