LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 70946 OF 2014

Kindly be advised that EKOVEST’s additional 244,413,960 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 30 June 2014.

Kindly also be advised that EKOVEST’s 122,206,980 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the Main Market will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 30 June 2014.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants are "EKOVEST-WB", "8877WB" and "MYL8877WBT65” respectively.
