We are pleased to announce that Kesturi had, on 14 November 2013, received a letter from the Government for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent as stipulated in the SCA dated 3 December 2012. As such, the effective date of the SCA is as at 14 November 2013. This announcement is dated 14 November 2013. |
