On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 August 2012, approved a further extension of time of six (6) months from 29 July 2012 up to 29 January 2013 to submit the draft circular to the shareholders of Ekovest for the Proposed ESOS in accordance with Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
