The Board of Directors of Ekovest ("Board") wishes to announce that Tanahmas Kapital Sdn Bhd ("TKSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 March 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with City Version Sdn Bhd ("CVSB" or "the Purchaser"), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Gadang Holdings Berhad, in relation to the proposed disposal of a parcel of freehold land held under HS(D) 565071, PTB 24422, Bandar Johor Bahru, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor, measuring approximately 11.179 acres ("Land"), for a total cash consideration of RM75,483,068.70 ("Disposal Consideration") ("Proposed Disposal"). Details of the Proposed Disposal are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 3 March 2026. |
