(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as mentioned in the Company’s announcement dated 27 October 2023 in relation to the Proposed Credence Acquisition) Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 October 2023, 27 May 2024, 26 July 2024 and 27 January 2025 in relation to the execution of a binding heads of agreement between the Company and TSDLKH to explore and negotiate the Proposed Credence Acquisition. The Company wishes to announce that the Company and TSDLKH have mutually agreed for an extension of time from 28 July 2025 to 29 August 2025, to grant more time for the Company to deliberate the Proposed Credence Acquisition and the Parties to discuss, negotiate and finalise the terms of the Definitive Agreement to be executed between the Parties. For information, the Company has also appointed MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) as the Principal Adviser and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd as the Financial Adviser for the Proposed Credence Acquisition.
