The Board of Directors of Ekovest Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company, which owns 40% equity interest in Syabas Hakikat Sdn Bhd (“SHSB”) had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Chase Perdana Sdn Bhd (“Chase”) on 10 December 2012 to dispose off its entire equity interest in SHSB to Chase.
