We refer to the announcement made on 18 December 2017 in relation to the Proposed Offer (“Announcement”).

For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Announcement.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities and Astramina wish to announce that the valuation reports for the following material properties in which the IWCity Group has interest, have been submitted to Bursa Securities on 22 December 2017:-

(i)         Plentong Land in Mukim of Plentong, District of Johor Bahru, Johor (prepared by Messrs C H Williams Talhar & Wong Sdn Bhd);

(ii)         Danga Land in Mukim of Pulai, District of Johor Bahru, Johor (prepared by Messrs Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd); and

(iii)        Sutera Land in Mukim of Pulai, District of Johor Bahru, Johor (prepared by Messrs Cheston International (Johor) Sdn Bhd).

The said valuation reports are available for inspection at the registered office of Ekovest at Ground Floor, Wisma Ekovest, No. 118 Jalan Gombak, 53000 Kuala Lumpur from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of 3 months from the date of this announcement.

In addition, Mercury Securities and Astramina are also pleased to announce that the relevant applications in respect of the Proposed Offer have been submitted to the regulatory authorities today.
