Ekovest is pleased to announce that our wholly-owned subsidiary, EkoRiver Construction Sdn Bhd (“ERCSB”) had, on 14 March 2017, received a letter of intent from DBKL for the appointment of ERCSB as the design and build contractor to undertake the proposed “Blue River Project” in the vicinity of the River of Life Precinct 7 – Masjid Jamek Kuala Lumpur Zone (“Project”). The Project is subject to finalisation of its price, specification and terms to be negotiated between DBKL and ERCSB. The Project is estimated to have a total contract value of RM79.0 million (excluding Goods & Services Tax). Ekovest will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Malaysia as and when there is a material development in relation to the Project. This announcement is dated 15 March 2017. |
