We refer to the announcement dated 11 January 2016 in relation to the abovementioned. We are pleased to announce that our wholly-owned subsidiary, Lebuhraya DUKE Fasa 3 Sdn Bhd, had on 5 August 2016, received a letter from the Government of Malaysia (“Government”) for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent as stipulated in the concession agreement dated 11 January 2016 in relation to the design, construction, completion, operation, management and maintenance of the Setiawangsa – Pantai Expressway (formerly known as the DUKE Phase-3) (“Concession Agreement”). As such, the effective date of the Concession Agreement is on 5 August 2016. This announcement is dated 5 August 2016. |
