We refer to the announcements dated 30 January 2012, 18 July 2012, 6 November 2012 and 7 December 2012. On behalf of the Company, CIMB wishes to announce that CIMB had on even date, submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek an extension of time from 5 January 2013 up to 5 March 2013 to comply with Section 9.33(1)(a) of the Listing Requirements in relation to the submission of the draft circular to the shareholders of Ekovest for the Proposals. This announcement is dated 4 January 2013.
