Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 October 2023, 26 April 2024 and 26 July 2024 in relation to the execution of binding term sheets for the Proposed TOD Lands Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. The Company wishes to announce that it has sought the mutual agreement of the Vendors for a further extension of 6 months commencing from 28 October 2024 to 27 April 2025, to grant more time for the Company to assess, evaluate and deliberate the Proposed TOD Lands Acquisition in detail and to discuss and negotiate on the terms of the Definitive Agreements between the parties. This announcement is dated 25 October 2024. |
