Dato' Majid Manjit Bin Abdullah joined the Civil Service and was attached to the Johor Bahru Municipal Council (now known as Johor Bahru City Council). Dato' Majid served in various capacity in Johor Bahru City Council from 1984 to 2003. In 2003, Dato' Majid was re-assigned from Johor Bahru City Council to Royal Johor Country Club ("RJCC"). He served as the General Manager of RJCC from 2003 to 2013. He resigned from RJCC in 2013 to join His Royal Highness Tengku Mahkota Pahang and was appointed as HRH's Sports Consultant. In 2016, Dato' Majid was appointed as the Chairman of Tree Movement Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("TMSB"), which is involved in the manufacturing and assembly of electric motorcycles. Dato' Majid is the Executive Chairman and shareholder of TMSB. He is currently an Independent Non Executive Director of PLS Plantations Berhad. |
