Contents	:	The Board of Directors wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll dated 26 August 2005, the exercise rights of the Warrants 2005/2010 will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 9 November 2010. A copy of the Notice to Holders of Warrants is attached herewith for reference.
