The objective of the ABGG is to provide guidance to our associated persons in taking reasonable actions and steps to ensure that the Group does not engage in bribery activities when dealing with referral, facilitation, gift, hospitality and entertainment, sponsorship and donation (the “offerings”). All associated persons who are aware of, or suspect a violation of the ABGG shall report the violations in accordance with the Group’s prescribed whistleblowing procedures.
