We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 27 October 2023, 27 May 2024, 26 July 2024, 27 January 2025 and 25 July 2025 in relation to the execution of a binding heads of agreement between the Company and TSDLKH to explore and negotiate the Proposed Credence Acquisition.
The Company wishes to announce that the Company and TSDLKH have mutually agreed for an extension of time from 30 August 2025 to 30 September 2025, to grant more time for the Company to deliberate the Proposed Credence Acquisition and the Parties to discuss, negotiate and finalise the terms of the Definitive Agreement to be executed between the Parties.
